It's likely to come as a bit of a surprise and this is the first time I've ever talk about this.

At the age of 16 I was the same height I am now. I weighted six tone and I was one week away from being hospitalised.

See the world of diet brainwashed so much that the guilt of eating anything deemed this unhealthy caused me to completely starve myself and eventually get diagnosed with an eating disorder.

I would excuse myself from restaurant meals to go to the bathroom and exercise because the guilt and shame of what I've had eaten at meal meant that I just wanted to try and burn those calories off as quickly as possible.

I'd been fed so many lies about good and bad food that meal timings would often bring me to tears.

So I'd end up resorting to eating foods that purely caused me so much pressure about what I could and couldn't be eating.

I suppose this goes some way to explaining why I'm so immensely passionate about removing the guilt associated with food.

Now before you go diving in the comments I want my intentions to be clear with this.

'm not looking for sympathy, I'm actually one of the lucky ones who got through that.

Instead I'd rather you view this as a young guy opening up and explaining the pressure and the struggles that he felt growing up to look and eat in a certain way.

And hopefully this can go a little bit of the way to helping folks talk a little bit more about the pressures associated with food.

Is This Program A Crash Diet?

No the aim of the program is to transform the way you look, feel & perform whilst allowing you to continue to eat the foods you love and have the flexibility to lead a balanced lifestyle.

What Happens After The Program?

The goal of the program is to also give you the knowledge so that you aren't reliant on a coach for the rest of your life. We will educate you throughout the whole process to make sure that you understand the reasons behind the methods used throughout your program.

How Much Support Do I Receive?

You will have 1-1 communication with your coach for support whenever you require it. In addition to this you will also have a checkin each week to review your progress and make sure that you're consistently progressing every single week.

Can I Still Eat Out?

We actually suggest that you do! We will educate you on the principles needed to give you the flexibility to continue to enjoy all of the foods that you love whilst achieving word class results.

How Many Hours Do I Need A Week?

You will only need to commit to 3x 45 minute training sessions a week that will be designed to fit around both your schedule and the equipment that you have available.
